How VDR Billing Works — Clear and Predictable
Clear, predictable, and fair. No surprises at the end of the month.
Base Fee Billed in Advance
Your monthly plan fee is charged upfront at the start of each billing cycle. For example, the Starter plan is $100/month billed on day 1 of each month.
Included Storage Per Data Room
Every plan includes a base storage allowance per Data Room — from 1 GB on the Starter up to 25 GB on the Enterprise plan. This is included at no extra charge.
Overage: Ceiling Blocks at $50 Each
If a Data Room exceeds its included storage, you are charged $50 per full 1 GB block. A fraction of a GB counts as a full block — no proration within a block.
Usage Calculated Per Data Room
Storage usage is tracked individually per Data Room. Each Data Room has its own subscription, base fee, and storage allowance. Multi-room accounts are billed separately per room.

Each partial GB counts as a full 1 GB block. Usage is per Data Room. Overage is billed at the end of each monthly cycle.
Powered by Stripe. eDataRooms does not store any card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. You can update or cancel your payment method at any time from the billing portal.
